Phase 1 -

I created a short survey to recruit participants for insights, usability studying, and testing.

Phase 2 -

I created a discussion guide to help me get insights about the app’s feature.

  • Is the app objective clear
  • Is the signup/ login page a good experience for you
  • Are you able to connect successfully
  • Should the onboarding creens be more informative or less
  • What type of notification alerts would you lie to receive on your laundry
Phase 3 -

Analysis and take away from session

  • There need to be an improvement on the UX writing as some pages were unclear to users
  • Users want to be able to sign up with their coinamatic ID
  • Users want to be able to time each laundry activity
  • Users want to schedule their laundry via app

Using the takeaway from the previous testing, we moved into a mid-fidelity frame for an over all feel of the app
